Logical was engaged by Phoenix Tower International to deliver a full Design & Build relocation of their Dublin office. Partnering closely with the PTI team, we created a clear workplace plan with defined zones for all-hands gatherings, casual breakout, executive offices, open plan desking, meeting pods and meeting rooms.
The fit-out included new double-glazed partitions for improved acoustic performance, new floor finishes, ceiling alterations, joinery package, feature lighting, reconfiguration and additions to M&E systems, complete redecoration, and new furniture throughout. PTI brand elements are carried through via wall graphics, glazing manifestations and accent furniture, tying the scheme together while maintaining a calm, light-filled base palette.
