Logical delivered the refurbishment and BER improvement of GEA’s 15,000 sq. ft. office in Naas, Co. Kildare. Completed on a Design and Build basis within a live building environment, the project included strip-out, M&E and WC upgrades, and a full interior fit-out with bespoke joinery, graphics and furniture installation, achieving a BER improvement from C2 to A3.
