Una, a qualified Architectural Technologist. She has over 20 years experience in the areas of office design, new build, refurbishment, office & retail fit out, project management, space planning and interior design.

Having joined the Logical team in 2013 Brendan has led a wide range of prestigious fit-outs & property refurbishments for our clients. Brendan prides himself and his site team on being well organised with open communication and accurate information, as we believe these are key components to a successful project. Brendan is the single point of contact for our clients, with his calm and confident approach he has driven strong results with his team and earned trust among clients and colleagues in the industry.

An experienced Marketing and Client Relationship Manager, Valerie has 20 years experience managing customer relationships and delivering what they want. Managing projects efficiently and helping customers meet & exceed their goals is key for her.

Christopher leads the real estate consultancy team at Logical. The consulting team is focused on innovation, sustainable growth, and ensuring delivery of considered advice and quality to our clients.

Christopher is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Fire Consultant with a vast range of experience in the built environment and construction industry. Working with influential people, Christopher has learned the importance of client care in the demanding world of commercial real estate. He enjoys advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, dilapidations, expert witness, and fire safety.

Christopher is an APC Assessor with Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.

As an Associate Director of the business, James actively manages client relationships and seeks out new opportunities. James is a Chartered Building Surveyor and completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Fire Safety Practice from Trinity College Dublin. James has significant experience in a wide range of building surveying services, including commercial building surveys, statutory consents, fire safety remedial works, dilapidations and defects analysis.

Donna joined Logical development and Consulting in 2017 as a Quantity Surveyor and has recently been promoted to associate director and head of cost management. For over 25 years, she has gained valuable knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Quantity surveying from project feasibility right through to tender and construction stages.
Donna’s skillset includes providing cost advice, cost control, tender/contract documentation, value engineering & procurement and reporting, she is highly accomplished in the cost management in a diverse range of projects in both public and private.
Donna is a highly motivated individual and brings a hands-on approach to the business, who also enjoys being part of a successful and diligent team.

Matthew has a broad range of experience in various aspects of building surveying, including building pathology, legal and regulatory compliance and contract administration. Matthew takes a lead role in all fire safety consultancy services within the business. Matthew is a Professional Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Jack worked previously as a project engineer for lead a project management consultancy firm. Jack gained valuable onsite project experience on both large-scale pharmaceutical & mission critical projects.

Jack is building his own list of clients at Logical delivering on a wide range of core building surveying services. Jack is currently working towards his assessment of professional competence (APC) for membership of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and plans to further develop his education over the coming years with Logical.

Jonathan is a Chartered Building Surveyor with multifaceted experience in the built environment and construction industry. Jonathan spent most of his professional career to date working in London where he specialised in dilapidations matters and technical due diligence. Jonathan takes a lead role in the business in delivering strategic consultancy advice to our commercial clients. Jonathan is a Professional Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Ben completed his internship with Logical and joined the team permanently in 2025 after graduating. He is steadily growing his own client base and works primarily on core building surveying services—surveys, statutory applications, and compliance reviews—under the guidance of our Chartered Surveyors. Ben is currently undertaking his route to APC for membership of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.

Graham returned to Ireland in 2022 after working ten years as a Building Surveyor in Auckland, New Zealand. Graham’s experience covers various services, including building condition reports, defect analysis, technical due diligence, expert witness, maintenance planning, and managing repairs and refurbishment projects. Graham is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In addition to Graham's MRICS professional qualification, he is also a certified asbestos assessor and holds the BOHS-IP402 international qualification.

Jack completed his internship with Logical and joined the team permanently in 2024 after graduating. He is steadily growing his own client base and works primarily on core building surveying services—surveys, statutory applications, and compliance reviews—under the guidance of our Chartered Surveyors. Jack is currently undertaking his route to APC for membership of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.

As a Senior Technologist with Logical, Richard leads coordinated architectural and fire-safety inputs across office fit-outs, refurbishments and selected new-build projects. He works closely with clients and design teams to develop buildable solutions, prepare clear documentation and navigate statutory consents. Richard brings experience from TODD Architects & O’Mahony Pike Architects and completed postgraduate study (Fire safety practice) at Trinity College Dublin. His expertise spans technical detailing, regulatory submissions and on-site coordination, underpinned by strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and multidisciplinary documentation.Jack is building his own list of clients at Logical delivering on a wide range of core building surveying services. Sofia O’Halloran, MRIAI Architect, P.Dip ARCH, M.ARCH, BSC (ARCH) is a registered Architect with the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (MRIAI). Sofia has over six years of experience working in the commercial architectural sector. Her work spans all stages of the design and construction process, from concept development through to project delivery, with a strong focus on design quality, functionality, and compliance.
