This landmark schoolhouse building has been meticulously refurbished to provide Grade A offices. Works included refurbishment of the external façade such as re-pointing, refurbishment of timber sash windows, and installation of feature lighting and signage. Internally the works included removal of the previous tenants fit-out, installation of new W/C and shower block, upgrades to the M&E systems and full redecoration. Logical provided all professional services, including planning, conservation, M&E and certification.
