Logical successfully tendered for the office fit-out and lab installation for Life Scientific, Belfield Office Park, Dublin 4. The project consisted of a full design team including, architect, structural engineer, M&E consultant, Fire Consultant, Project manager & QS.Works completed in a live building with a neighboring tenant operating 24rs a day. Through key planning, communication and management the project completed on programme. Scope of works included installation of new stud/glass partitioning, new floor finishes, new ceilings, joinery, feature lighting, new M&E systems, complete redecoration, and new furniture.
