MediaHuis contracted Logical to deliver this 45,000 ft2 office refurbishment over two-phases. The project included statutory applications full interior design and M&E inputs. Site works completed in a live building with phasing and temporary access arrangements agreed with the buildings management team. Works included strip-out, M&E upgrades, W/C upgrades, together with wholesale interior fit-out including bespoke joinery, graphics and furniture install.
