A recently completed 4,000ft design & build project at 51-54 Pearse Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. Aqua Comms are a highly specialised firm providing fibre optic cables under the sea transatlantic. Scope of works included installation of new floor finishes, alterations to ceilings, new kitchen, joinery, new glazed partitioning, reconfiguring of their M&E systems, complete redecoration, and new furniture.
