Consisting of a typical commercial of it’s era, a 1980’s office Shelbourne Road had reached a point in it’s life cycle where major refurbishment and modernization was warranted. Our brief was to fully refurbish the property and to include, full M&E replacement including two new lifts, new windows, installation of new ceilings and raised access floors together with some internal rearrangement of common areas. We also examined the external elevations of the property and designed some elements of curtain walling and glazing to enhance the visitor experience.
