Completion Q1 2015 Cat A design & build fit-out for 35 workstations in Embassy House, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.  Scope of works including complete redecoration, stud/glass partitioning, new carpets, tea stations, reconfiguring of their M&E systems and new desking. This project had to be completed within a very tight deadline.

Logical DAB recently completed the Landlord's fit out on this office building located adjacent to famous Pepper Cannister Church.  With the “Birdie” sculpture guarding the entrance Logical DAB continue to provide assistance on this building to the property owners and incoming tenants.
