Logical assisted on the acquisition of this asset in 2016 and subsequently completed a landlord CAT-A refit to the ground, first floors. A substantial project complete in 2018 following the granting of the appropriate statutory applications Logical contracting completed the landlord CAT-A works to the second floor and the installation of an additional penthouse floor.
