The brief was to modernize Equifax’s existing Dublin office while they remained in situ during the course of the works. The phased approach to the process involved meticulous planning with Equifax’s appointed management team so that the overall programme could be broken down into daily milestones.
The scope involved increasing the level of open plan allowances in the space via. removal of existing cellular offices, M&E adjustments to supplement the additional head count, new canteen facilities, meeting facilities and floor finishes. The bulk of the works completed outside of normal office hours to minimize the impact to the Client’s day-to-day operations.
